I'm thinking the press release might sound something like this, " Legally embattled pharmaceutical company Arrayit has been acquired by company x for x amounts of cash and stock. Recently Arrayit has come under pressure by the DOJ and SEC for alleged violations. The aforementioned deal is approved by the DOJ and SEC as in the best interest of the company and shareholders." We can always hope! For some reason I believe this would disappoint some posters on this board...
