Actually we know a lot of things. 1) no PR. 2) no filing. 3) MM’s usually don’t miss the chance to prosper on these events and market activity as far as price never reflected a buyout was ever occurring raw. 4) The twitter account the news rumor seems to be started from seems to be a complete fraud and has a total of 4 posts. 5) If you search other people’s DD multiple people have claimed the CEO’s on both sides have told them the news is not true. 6) Last known active twitter account for MLHC made it’s first post in a year and a half stating the news was not true.
I’m sure I’ve forgotten more things that I know that don’t make me overly optimistic here. This was just the off the top of my head list I could think of. I’d be way interested in a more positive perspective. I won’t sell my shares at 1’s & probably take and L and hold this until it delists. But saying nobody knows anything is like trying to pee on someone and tell them it’s raining. Only way a person can say no one knows a thing is because they are being too naive to acknowledge what’s out there to be known.
