I think you may be correct. However I feel they are trying to stretch the news cycle by either delaying news or double tapping.
I am going to bet that 'The Audit Completed' and there will be no news of uplist. They will wait till after Jan 1st to announce uplist application.

So for shits and giggles this is what I expect in news for the first 6 months next year.

March 1 Enerev joint venture leads to sale/aquisition.

April 15 Q4 results posted
May EV charging partnership
