A Judgement will become a Foreign Judgement that must go through the Brazil process of Service, Recognition, and Enforcement.

That doesn't change because the defendant is working through the court process.

They want to continue with the same SPA they signed. They were unable to do so previously because GDSI had no money. They still have no money to buy Rontan.

They're minimizing risk with their proposal, and still have the Brazil rules in their back pockets.
