IG said that in the USA there are no usury law protections involving business loans. The Bankruptcy Court we are using however is in Israel. Perhaps in Israel there is a protection from usury. Perhaps if DGF is not willing to open their books due to corruption, then the Israeli court will not play their game and will not act in their favor.

If there is no news over the next 60 to 90 days then the OWCP stock price would be expected to decline significantly over this time period. In most instances the common shareholders do not do well with a bankruptcy.

Does the OWCP ticker change with the company in bankruptcy?
