I agree with some here that want PR's and actual filings instead of tweets. I would think that with all the time they had leading up to the shareholder vote, they would have had all the paperwork ready to go. Stop wasting time on twitter and get the DE SOS up to date and then the OTC as well. No more delays please. It's been a week already.
