They are delinquent in filing and haven't uttered a peep since last November where they announced resignations of two key players that were supposed to be instrumental in getting them into the CBD space. All of those deals were subsequently cancelled.

Now...crickets.

You would be wise to take your money elsewhere. Read up. This company has no cash and has never booked even one thin dime in the mining space. Just another share printing lighter than air company with a Drop Box in Las Vegas. Nothing to see here.
