Yes but thats at a specific limited target . The virus is spread throughout the body. You cant hit the entire body with a virus + cell killing frequency. Unless there is just one frequency that wont kill anything but the virus but i dont think thats the case.. At first i thought it interesting then thought it was too unlikely... And then i thought of Hartman and just stared laughing... Hartman can prove me wrong but i dont think so.
