I can certainly agree with you that the initial report was severely lacking. In reality it should've been written and proofread by people who actually have investment experience and with the DRs inputs. It was worded much too vaguely, and they should've been much more concise and basically compiled the two news releases along with the proactive interview into one single initial release. I think the biggest problem was many people were expecting to read "patients on ifenprodil were 67.43789% less likely to go onto ventilators than that of the control group" when in reality data like this was never going to be available for interim readout. Simply put, numbers were never going to be in the equation, not until final readout.
