Where give how its worded, technically admits to clearing these POS Pinks
from all accountabilities and/or obligations to what they print, say and do! Thus, practically anyone can make up a Pinksheet company as their Side-hustle and get away with it! yet alone the SEC/FIRNA cant (and haven't) really touch them due to the wording in the SHA clause!

Geee-Like, ya think this is why there's so many POS pinksheets in the market that aren't worth a single pixel on the screens they show up on?!
