if the exchange prices are todays prices.... exactly correct
but what if.....

tilray share price is 15.00 and aphria share price is 9.00 at the time of the completed deal.

then aphria shareholders would be making nice big bank !!!
it all is pending the EXCHANGE PRICES.
we KNOW the Exchange Rate.
