Thanks, I haven't done anything yet, have no plans to sell anytime soon. Not even at 0.50.
The way I read the PR is that the 150mm valuation is just for getting the financing: "Maverick Energy Group Ltd. has set our post-money valuation at $150 million" Then the PR goes on to say:"We anticipate significant revenue growth in the first half of 2021, and accelerating with use of the USR Resources, LLC License, acquisitions, and joint ventures." So IMO the 150mm valuation is for the Company as formed. Additional value comes as we see what the resources yield.
