DL sells the preferred shares (from certificate of designation) and new owners take over SS and do what they want with it (hence Reverse splits being frequent in take overs even with low SS).
I agree - I simply pointed out exactly what was filed.
What specifically did you disagree with in my post?
It appears DL 'exchanged' his entire position of common & preferred for the sale-price of $245K and is now out completely.
Possibly I made a mistake, but I think public discourse is better than PMs to clarify any issues, so everyone can benefit.
My post wasn't a knock on PHBR - I was replying to somebody who asked "what's next" - I made no predictions, and simply suggested the SS is now in the acquirer's hands to do what he likes.
