Hahaha try giving the SEC filings a read. They're not as appealing as fluffy PRs but far more substantive.

No speculation there, just proper filings and everything being done by the book. They could have easily released fluff PRs along the way to boom the stock price, but instead are continuing the long process of the reverse merger the right way. Their focus is not the short term stock price, but actually completing the merger.

I get it's been frustrating, I've been here over 6 years too so I feel your pain. But this seems to be what all those years of filings were leading up to. Plus a Stock Dividend sounds pretty exciting. The only other time I got one on UNGS it was amazing.
