Thank You For your correspondence dated Dec. 18th, 2006 regarding CLRMNG's account with TD Ameritrade.
CLRMNG expressed concerns about not being able to purchase Xechem International (XKEM) on our website. Due to reports of manipulative trading on the above referenced security, we made a business decision to manually monitor opening transactions. Upon further review of the security, we have since removed the restriction for opening transactions entered through the website.
Blah blah quotes of TD's right to do whatever they want and quoted regulations.
I apologize for CLRMNG's for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused.
