To further this... Mr. Vance was President and CEO of Hansen medical before Auris bought them. Earlier, he was VP and General Manager at Covidien, now part of Medtronic. And he is on Titan's BOD while President and CEO of XCath - which would appear to be a blatant conflict of interest unless something else is afoot.
I was also considering some other timelines. Enos presumably is an acronym for Endoluminal Natural Orifice Surgery. This fall, we heard Mr. McNally mention natural orifice surgery. But think about how long ago Titan originally applied for the Enos trademark! Early 2019? Late 2018? How long have we been amassing patent applications for endoluminal technologies which are about to come to fruition via patent approval? So we haven't seen the SPORT/Enos in action for a while, driving the investor community (us!) crazy... SPORT was fully functional, needing only tweaks for regulatory clearance, maybe added redundancies, etc. They were ready for IDE over a year ago, except for funding. Why don't we see a product? Because their focus may be what big brother wants them to focus on. Why didn't MDT cough up money for SPORT to get IDE approval a year ago? Because that would have driven our share price too far up? Who knows...
What is the future of XCath with their whopping four patents? How could they possibly compete with such scant technological permissions? Looks like they would need to apply their tech to a "bigger picture" somehow, somewhere... Maybe using Mr. Vance's connections, including those which do not appear to be a conflict of interest?
To your point FlyBabyFly, the connections are substantial, the coincidences are irrefutable, and the future will soon be undeniable. Too much "coincidence" to be ignored.
