Give us all 1 dividend share per every 20 shares we own.
That is a 5% dividend.
It would be free shares for all of us, but not too many that get added to the O/S count.
It's rewarding current investors, but future investors wouldn't get it.
You would have to be a current investor with shares in your account by a certain date (to be eligible).
My 4.3 million shares would get 5% additional free shares as a dividend.
That's 215,000 additional freebies (5% of 4.3 million).
If the overall O/S went up 5%, it would still only go up from 140 million to 147 million shares.
It wouldn't even be noticeable.
Still would be no more than 170 million or so, after Dryworld gets their 25 million shares.
It would still be a low O/S and a perfect float for this stock.
