NEWS UPDATE>>>>> for all the dumbass who can't read or is confused.

1. Cinemax and TMM is in merger talk. Nothing to do with Obion.
TMM shareholder will own 20% of Cinemax after the merge is
completed. Cinemax will take over all liability QTN and TMM.

2. Obion is holding company. Hot Dog is under Obion. Both
company will go public. TMM shareholder will get a % of Hot
Dog using pro-rata.

Cinemax have nothing to do with Obion or Hot Dog. They only provided links inside their web-site. THAT'S IT!!!

Simple and clear, they want the TMM shareholder's.

Mr. Fan has done a good job selling "us".

The recovery task force will work on assets that belongs to QTN. Will they be successful? Don't know untill they've tried. But that will happen after the merge is completed. Think about it>>> see the light?
