yea, this is completely a bad deal for apha shareholders....
do you know when this goes into effect ?
seems smarter to just sell shares and then buy back in ....
of course if tlry goes up to 15 bucks a share ,then it would be good to stay.
if anyone hears when they pull the trigger on this please share.
