That is absolutely untrue, Zug. Many companies were suspended at the same time. It was not because PRs were untrue or misleading, it was because the SEC felt it needed to get a handle on it. No action was taken against PRED by the SEc because it had done nothing wrong.

Those other companies were all on the NAS or the NYSE and after two weeks were returned to trading as is the rule. The rule is different on the pinks. That's why PRED was relegated to the greys and the others weren't. That is what the SEC did not know. That's what I told them at the time and they were unaware of FINRA's rule.
