I think the court with the still backlogged cases due to COVID did it for scheduling purposes to not have to have 2 seperate calls with the same lawyer for the same purpose of discharging penny stock shells. Combines 2 cases that are functionally the same with the same parties into one for info submission and meetings, sure it did suck for STHC but it was most likely just an admin thing for the courts and due to COVID
