Everything is different, why?

Company is still dealing with clients that are all looking to raise money, and therefore are disposed to make a deal for percentage of company over
paying cash they dont have.

Youre still dealing with management and principals that performed a reverse split in order to pay for a buddies company at a somewhat obscene
valuation.

I think this is a case of the more things change the more they remain the same. I think when you see what Netcapitals stats are it will be "more of the same"
