I wouldn’t be happy with Synergy management either! If I was expecting a court discharge by

August and I had to wait till freakin December to get it and screw up all my plans!

Shame Judge Judy decided to lump all the Synergy plays together and that other freakin company had

to wait to have their shareholder meeting in December, before judge would sign off on the discharge.

I think moving forward, a simple acknowledgement from AMECA, that they are in receipt of the court

discharge documents and are now moving forward with uploading filings to the OTC markets site,

will calm a lot of nerves here! Otherwise why the hell are people letting go of their shares in the 2’s and 3’s??!

They obviously do not believe that we will now be shareholders of AMECA mining! Who are sitting on

$4B of graphite amongst other things!
