BUT, if the share structure were fully accounted for, 1:1, these kinds of explosive 'events' would not happen nearly as often, because they would fear a CEO who is tenaciously guarding the integrity of the public shares of his company. hardly any pink/otc does it. they let it ride, because they are also complicit with abuse.
