I have roughly 250 of the Series "C" preferred shares.
Remember, each one supposedly should be able to be converted to common stock at a 1-to-250 ratio.
Each Series "C" preferred shares is worth 250 common shares.
As a result, my 250 preferred shares will be worth 62,500 common shares.
But apparently we have to wait two years before we can convert them, according to my broker.
I wish I had more of them at the time they gave us those freebies.
I only had about 1.2 or 1.3 million shares at that time.
Now I have roughly 2.2 million shares (after buying more at sub $0.02 prices, etc.)
But I'm hoping the merger happens.
My 62,500 free shares (i.e. my 250 preferred freebies) could be worth $15 per share in a couple of years.
See Chuck's post which is stickied at the top. He made some great points about how this stock will grow.
We could very well "kiss the teens" as he has stated.
If we do get to $15 per share by the end of 2022, or 2023 or so, and I finally convert to my 62,500 freebies (common shares) by then ....
62,500 * $15.00 = $937,500
Not too bad for free shares given as a dividend.
Forcing us to wait at least two years may just end up being a blessing.
