I can’t verify he responded at all. He said she said to me. I don’t think that kind of stuff holds up in court so kinda has to be taken with a grain of salt. I don’t know the guy who reported he got a direct text, how reliable he is, or if he has ulterior motives. But if the response given (through text) was given by the CEO and there is an NDA in place. He is allowed to comment on information made public. He’s just not allowed to release any details regarding the deal. With the way he answered I’d say what was reported that was said would not violate any NDA in place if there is one.
