Idk. I thought it was reported somewhere MLHC had $5mil+ in revenue for 2020? If you read the announcement and look at who all ECEZ already has deals with it would make sense if they seen the value in the purchase. It seems ECEZ have the abilities to place products in more places than MLHC had which may be able to allow them to generate more revenue with those same products. Not going to buy most businesses and produce enough revenue to cover that entire cost of the business in a yr or 2. And if they did generate 5+mil in revenue for 2020 then I’d say 30mil really seems about fair.
