Friends of the company received a large sum of shares for very cheap. They have been released by the company (already added to OS), but was/is held by those few people who are selling to the market for large profits.

Here is an extremely exagerated example. Lets say there is a company with a total of 10000 shares outstanding. Lets say of those 10000, there is a person who got 9000 shares from the company for VERY cheap. That person can sell those 9000 shares over time and the company can claim there is no dilution.

Back to MEDH, there are a few people (you know who they are) that have (or had, idk) large amounts of share for extremely cheap.
