Help understand why we had a quorum on item 1 RS, but not item 2 AS on the same online proxy? I just went through a similar proxy this week with RXMD and the quorum was reached and based on overall presence of shareholders not based on each line item. Even if someone abstained on 2 AS, you would still have a quorum. Who would vote for 3. To Adjourn but skip 2. AS increase. They would have at least voted against it! If all 68M were against results for the AS increase would have been 166M For, 124M Against, and 6M Abstain! This is why I think the proxy was mishandled. I think we should have had a quorum on the AS increase and it should have passed, but I could easily be wrong.
