+1B new shares will take the current OS from 500MM to 1.5B, correct?

DGF is unwilling to open their book because they made a boat load on cheap shares over the years.

Why would DGF be panicking? They still will get new shares on their remaining preferred shares.

that 1B new shares not going to last too long with PPS under a penny.
