No problem - it doesn’t mean they don’t answer to someone. They do - that actually have to have an attorney opinion letter on their financials. That’s not cheap or just for show. But...it’s not an audit. Also - OTCMarkets does an extensive background check on the principals. That’s another layer. It’s not SEC but it’s still DD.
