Explain it to me because I'm reading it but it doesn't sound concrete to me. Just because the preferred shares have 93% of the vote doesn't mean the remaining shares are 7% multiplied by whatever number you came up with to get to 754M. I think Lazar gave Tian super voting rights with the preferred shares to ensure no hostile takeovers by majority shareholders. I'm looking at the 8k and it says 8.2B outstanding common shares plus 100M preferred shares. It is trading like it is much smaller than 8B but maybe because so many of the shareholders are in at rock bottom they just dont care to dump. My thoughts only. I'm still in I guess out of fear of missing out lol
