You ruined my whole day by posting that first. I realized that talking this through with my mostly silent friend Tuxi on the phone last night (come on and post Tuxi - you analyze every post) and I was going to post it in the morning but I slept late not wanting to watch today's foolishness. The court doesn't make business plans for companies experiencing little challenges. The court approves plans that protect creditors. You have come up with a few really good posts in the last few weeks. Keep them coming. It was sad to see posts that might have contributed to the unnecessary losses that some experienced this morning but weak hands always fold before greatness. Thankfully in this case people can still get back in.
