Yep... BBRW just increased theirs to 20 Billion the same day to meet the SEC's requirement to have enough shares in reserve to cover all the conversion obligations on the books at the current PPS. That's why all the pumpers have arrived...that obligation goes higher and higher as the price goes down down down...That's what toxic 'death spiral' financing leads to and why it eventually kills every share selling pinky company that tries to use it.

SIML is finally on it's death bed and in desperate need of a fresh new 'story'.
