This Friday the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board meets, and in section III titled REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF INTEREST, items F,G, and H are all Medifarm actions and will determine all three stores for sale for a total of 28.5 Million dollars. Not all of it is cash, but these approvals are the majority of the assets TRTC has for sale. I have watched these meetings in the past, and once the transfers are listed on the docket, it means that the lawyers have already resolved any issues, and they "rubber stamp" the approvals at the meeting. BIG NEWS!
