1. This is a PINK stock, therefore it obviously has some "red flags" to it. That's the very reason the pps is where it's at, in addition to the FTD's of course!!

2. ALL penny stocks are the risky of the riskiest!! If your down here you should know that.

3. If big potential was obvious, then this, or any other stock would be trading at it's perceived value. This is why pennies are SPECULATIVE plays.

4. Sure, I can find dirt and negativity on EQBM, but that's the very reason we are here. Buy low, sell high! Heinz sight is always 20/20, therefore buying after a penny stock shakes some dirt off is generally TOO late.

5. "Buy when there's blood in the streets" is a valid saying!! The key is to be able to hold until after the streets are clean and safe again.

6. As I have stated before, the only reason individuals bash a stock is because they either want cheap shres, lost money on the stock, are about to loose money on their short/ftd position, or are just in need of attention.

8. I know why the individuals that have money in this post on this board, but ask yourself why individuals that don't have money in this continue to come back here time and time again, as the SP starts to move up!!

9. Remember that Larry needs to get SOMA/EQBM up and moving north in order for the warrant holders to want exercise them. The first warrant expires on March 31/07, therefore in order for me to want to exercise it, I need to see SOMA trading solid for at least a couple months!! Think about it!!

10. If ya can't handle the heat down here, then go buy a mid/large cap stock and earn your 5-15% returns on the tiny fraction of shares that your money can purchase.

11. Pinky/penny stocks are NOT for the weak/fearful/or impatient!!
