I quickly skimmed through it, revenues were just over $2.3M, not as high as some were predicting /hoping including myself but still almost half a million more than the same quarter last year. The short term debt dropped from around $2M to $250k. Significant reduction that removes a lot of liabilities from the books. Not a stellar 10Q but definitely no bad news that I saw. I will dive in deeper when I get a chance later. The bigger news is the REg A+ qualification by the SEC this morning. This means they can start their capital raising campaign. The last filing had the offering price at $2 but history has shown they will amend it higher if the open market sp is higher. That means it is up to us to buy and hold and help increase the SP so the offering price can be raised. The higher the offering price the fewer shares get added to the OS. GLTA, today should be interesting.
