Fact: The rumors about Predictive going into a SPAC or existing NASDAQ company will never happen. The reason, they all want at least a 40 to 1 reverse, some want 100 to 1, they would NEVER get a vote to do that. They either have to file an acceptable 15c211 or do a deal with an existing Pink sheet company in the same price range. Stephen Jennings will never take over this company, he’s being questioned by Finra and refuses to answer questions about his many off shore accounts.
