One GBTC = .00095101

19267.76 x .00095101 = $18.3238 GBTC value.

$22.27 - $18.3238 = $3.9461 premium

3.9461 / 22.27 = 17.45% premium
3.9461 / 18.3238 = 21% premium

So depending how you figure it either a 17.45% premium or 21% premium.

Since 22.27 / 18.3238 = 1.2153 I would go with the 21% premium.
