Because every penny that's been spent has come off the backs of investors like you and me who are paying for it with hugely decreased pps.

It presents the image of a forward moving Company that's doing everything right and by SEC rules.

All along benefiting a select few who are able to peddle their shares for a huge profit..

Some here either had the foresight to sell this at past higher levels or were just plain lucky and sold at the right time.

This will die a slow death with missed revenues and promises of uplisting that won't occur.
