No offense but have you seen what's going on in the market with SPAC's etc?

This is a RM. The previous SFIO CEO has been shopping this shell around for awhile imho.

Seems like Agro (ServeBank really imo) is a good fit. You pay them in shares (since you don't have cash anyware) and they in turn negotiate and do all the heavy lifting for the RM. With any luck, AgroKings gets listed, we are off the CE, the ticker symbol changes and BOOM whole new ball game.
