Thank you for the reply ... I don't know much about the history of this company or the CEO - I'm just asking why there is so much skepticism on the board, when, for once, this company seems to have a legitimate product. I was hoping someone would come back with a warning and breakdown of the potential downside DPLS investors could face in the future.

Fair enough. One last time >> The legitimate product this company has is now over 15 years old. Dennis O'Leary concluded that he could monetize/commercialize the technology which was developed by New Brunswick University.

He started Dark Pulse Inc. roughly 10 years ago. Since then, despite keeping his claim that his company is the leader in the industry, he hasn't sold the product to anyone. Not one sale. Really? A leader in the industry? >>

Since going public several years ago. He is responsible for the share price losing 99% of its value. Here is what he accomplished since taking Dark Pulse Inc public >>

Floorless convertible debt that has already chewed through 4 Billion shares, and that is just the appetizer. With the note holders getting the extremely generous gift of shares ranging from .00003 to .00007, the nearly $1,000,000 debt which remains will chew through nearly all the remaining authorized shares. That's why O'Leary set the A/S at 20,000,000,000. And now, with $million$ of accumulated debt after years of no sales and having to borrow money from toxic financiers -- a cheaply made video is all he has to show his shareholders. Do I need to say more? Except for this >>

It's a lotto ticket and that's all it is. That's what the pump is all about. Can a crappy POS turd run on nothing? Yeah, it's happened in the past. But the last time I checked, the odds of winning the Powerball were 1 in 14,000,000. My story and I'm sticking to it >> This is going to no bid / reverse split -- whichever comes first.
