I don't see how that follows. I asked Kanno about participating in a private placement and he told me it's possible and the price might be somewhat lower than market prices. All I was saying is that raising money through private investors (using priate placements) will cost at least as much in shares as selling them on the open market.

I was not suggesting anything about Kanno selling his own shares. although if this is a scam, of course he'd probably be doing that.

I have no reason to suggest that.
