Well if Medtronic offered $60M, why wouldn't ISRG just offer $70M to keep it away from a major threat to their business and if ISRG offered $70M, why wouldn't Stryker offer $100M b/c their entire business is at risk and if Stryker offer $100M, why wouldn't JNJ come in and offer $150M b/c their VERB Surgical science project isn't getting it down and if JNJ offered..... and on and on b/c Robotic Surgery means BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF REVENUE and TENS OF BILLIONS UPONS TENS OF BILLIONS IN MARKET CAP for that company. ISRG only does robotic surgery and has a $90B+ market cap just on robotic surgery.
