Think about it...

unlimited AS by TA verified and at least over 8.2 billion shares on float --- no share cancellation --- and proof of claims is done. Dec 9th he sold the company right same time of the judges minute order?

He had to sell this one quick before MP daughter could sue XMET in Arizona, IMO.
