Heck ya- from the time they order the pipe it will take quite a few months for it to be milled & shipped. All the more reason to
get the funding closed now. 140 miles of 42” is a lot of material! Not to mention any segments that need to be replaced on the San Fernando and the new lines in the isthmus.

I personally think (but others more experienced in the industry may say otherwise) while the pipe is being milled, Mirage will first have boots on the ground for the rehabilitation work. Especially if there are launchers/receivers already in place.. likely they are at least available since the pipe has been there for a while.
