I've explained this a million times.

The done deal between Total and ERHC is done.

There was another deal between Kosmos and ERHC for 700k.

The entire battle between ERHC and Kosmos had to do with Kosmos contesting the done deal between ERHC and Total in favor of the done deal between Kosmos and ERHC.

To stop Kosmos's contestation and any further litigation a third deal perhaps between Kosmos and Total must take place which would allow the done deal between Total and ERHC to move forward without Kosmos contesting it any longer.

But while that third deal continues in negotiations, and we know that it is in negotiations because Kosmos has taken no further legal action, a FOURTH deal may take place that has nothing to do with the done deal between Total and ERHC over block 4.

The fourth deal would simply be a buy out of ERHC by Total in order to place Total in ERHC'S seat in negotiating the third deal with Kosmos to end the contestation.
