Correct me if im wrong, but lets say TDS management moves to increase the OS from 22M to 200M, it will leave a 18M float.

With this 18M float, we are pretty sure its locked at least 51% and probably more by the day as presumably insiders are the ones buying this up currently. If this is true, then there just wont be many shares available for short or for sale and therefore it seems likely that the shareprice will move very powerfully up if the merger brings in buyers. ?
