I have a hypothetical question based on the APA (which is held in high regard) especially pertaining to the Change Name section.

If Bioamber Sarnia Inc (Canadian Federal Corp) changed its name (according to what is in the APA) to LCY Biosciences Inc; and LCY Biosciences Inc. holds all the tangible assets of ALL the Bioamber Corps - Who would own own all the shares of LCY Biosciences? And remember all that happened was a name change not a share purchase of Bioamber Sarnia. Just something to think about since "liquidating" IS part of "restructuring" according to the Court Order.
