Looking for advice on how to manage losses please.

Primer.

Bought 300K of GAXY near the top (bad)

It's now worth 2K so a 5K loss..

Options?

I am aware that the CEO is buying up shares at the current price so I will assume that it will move at some point...

Do I sit on it or take my 2K and find a new trade..
